Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the hosted Kagel Service operated by ИП LIONWEB MEDIA LAB. The underlying software is open source under AGPLv3; these Terms apply to the hosted instance only.

1. Acceptable use

You may use the Service only to manage Meta advertising assets you are authorised to access, in compliance with Meta's Platform Terms and advertising policies. You must not use it to violate any law or third-party rights.

2. Your account & credentials

You are responsible for safeguarding your API key and your Meta credentials. You authorise us to act on the Meta assets you connect, solely to perform the operations you initiate.

3. No autonomous engagement

The Service performs only the operations you (a human operator) initiate. It does not auto-publish content, auto-reply to comments or messages, or generate ad copy on your behalf.

4. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ИП LIONWEB MEDIA LAB is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including advertising spend.

5. Termination

You may stop using the Service and remove the app at any time, which erases your stored credentials. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
