These Terms govern your use of the hosted Kagel Service operated by ИП Котельников Леонид Леонидович.

1. Acceptable use

You may use the Service only to manage advertising and analytics assets you are authorised to access, in compliance with each platform's terms and policies.

2. Your account & credentials

You are responsible for safeguarding your API key and platform credentials. You authorise us to act on the assets you connect, solely to perform the operations you initiate.

3. No autonomous engagement

The Service performs only the operations you (a human operator) initiate, and destructive or spend-affecting changes require your explicit confirmation. It does not auto-publish content or auto-reply to messages.

4. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ИП Котельников Леонид Леонидович is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including advertising spend.

5. Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect platforms at any time, which erases the corresponding stored credentials.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
